Every space has a story and this is ours:

Matthew’s mom LOVED the beach and couldn’t wait “to get my toes in the sand.” About 20 years ago, Breakers 102 joined his family and allowed her to share her love with her kids, grandkids, nieces, nephews, friends… anyone who also loved the beach! When the family wasn’t using it, they rented it to others.

Diane had visions for the space that never quite came to fruition. In mid 2023, Breakers 102 made its way to Matthew. It only felt right to honor his mom’s vision and “spiff it up.” Since then it’s had a complete refresh followed by a complete remodel in 2025! Breakers 102 is finally be what Diane always dreamed of- an intimate “toes in the sand” experience where people can recharge, relax, and rejuvenate. We know she’d LOVE IT and feel confident you will as well. We can’t wait to host you!
